Second Chef

As Second Chef, you will be required to work in harmony with our Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and that our guests are served top quality dishes. At times you will be asked to cover for our Head Chef. You must maintain the highest standards of food production, presentation and hygiene at all times. You will be involved in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen including cleaning protocols, dealing with suppliers and local produce, food ordering, stock control and food preparation – limiting waste.

We expect you to be supportive to the Head Chef, creative and hardworking, motivating colleagues, setting high standards of food excellence while contributing to our calm, happy and inspirational working environment.

Salary and hours by negotiation.

Breakfast Chef

We require a Breakfast Chef between 6.30am and 10.30am Monday to Friday. These hours could be extended until 2pm if required, to assist with our busy lunchtime period.

Housekeeper

We require an experienced, reliable, highly motivated and meticulous Housekeeper to clean and prepare our four lovely guest rooms in readiness for overnight visitors. You will also be required to do room changeovers between 11am and 3pm for new arrivals as demand dictates, and to organise clean laundry and dirty returns. You must be focused, positive, have an eye for detail and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done!
